I went there with 2 of my friends on a Sunday evening and we had the best time. EXCELLENT wine selection. You can tell this list is curated with love but also in depth knowledge of wine. And the quality of the food was exceptional. Service was very friendly and if you're lucky enough to talk to the host about wine you'll have an unforgettable and educational experience. Can't wait to go back 🙂

This cozy and intimate wine bar & Italian restaurant in downtown Kingston is the perfect spot for couples or small groups to gather. We reserved a table for 4 for one of their wine tasting events that are held most Sunday afternoons. The owner/host, is incredibly knowledgeable and has personal stories to share about the regions, wineries, winemakers, agrarian practices, and the vinification processes for each of the carefully curated wine selections. The wines are accompanied by some amazing and tasty nibbles - charcuterie, and crostini, so you won’t need lunch before their events. There’s a small wine shop at the back of the restaurant stocked mainly with wines from Italy & France, but also a few from the US & local Canadian producers. Rob ensures that he has enough stock of the wines being tasted so that you’ll be able to enjoy the same wines at home. It’s a fun and educational way to spend an afternoon, and my only regret is that it’s a 3 hour drive away from where we live.

Nestled in the heart of Kingston, Ontario, Bobbi Pecorinos is a true hidden gem that offers an unforgettable wine bar experience. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is inviting—warm lighting, cozy seating, and a rustic charm that makes you feel right at home. The wine selection at Bobbi Pecorinos is exceptional, featuring both local Ontario wines and top selections from renowned international regions. Whether you're craving a bold red or a crisp white, their menu has something to suit every taste. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, taking the time to recommend the perfect wine based on your preferences and sharing insights about the vintages and vineyards. The food was equally impressive. Bobbi Pecorinos offers a delightful menu of charcuterie, with a strong emphasis on local, artisanal ingredients. The cheese and charcuterie boards are particularly outstanding, with each item carefully selected to complement the wines. Overall, Bobbi Pecorinos is a must-visit for wine lovers and foodies alike. With its laid-back yet refined atmosphere, impeccable service, and thoughtfully curated wine and food pairings, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxed evening out or a special occasion. If you're in Kingston, this is one wine bar you won’t want to miss!

Lovely spot across from Market Square - decor very welcoming as was the server. I enjoyed tasting three different wines, learning about them and ended up buying a bottle to take home. We had a delicious cheese board too. Great experience.

We went the first Sunday Wine Club food/wine pairing and it was fantastic! I'm sure they will gain popularity and will be difficult to get into going forward. The host is such a knowledgeable, dynamic speaker that you just want to learn more and more.

A wonderful experience todecay. We sat outside and enjoyed several glasses of excellent wine. The Bruschetta was excellent. Try this new place downtown, recommended.

Ducked in here for shelter from the rain, and a glass or two of vino. Caught the tail end of a tasting, and then a group came through on an organised tour to try wines and nibbles. Staff was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, the owner came and talked to us at length. Amazing hand curated selection from small batch wineries across most of the globe. We ended up buying some quality product and taking it home with us all the way to Australia. 🙂

Superb wine selection, all wines that I cannot find at the LCBO, and not over-priced. The accompanying menu, while limited, offers some delicious bits to enjoy while you're savouing what's inthe glass. Great service provided by a friendly, knowing staff. I will definitely return. Top marks.

A great little spot! Nice decor, inviting atmosphere, and a unique selection of wines, many of which I had not heard of but was happy to explore. Lovely that you can get a 3oz glass or 5oz so you can sample a few wines without having too much. Their food menu is an approachable collection of appetizers. This would be a great place to pop into after work for a drink with friends or colleagues, or for a pre-dinner drink and appetizer before a later reservation at one of Kingston's fine collection of restaurants near by. I have to say I didn't love the name or branding of the bar logo, it had a bit of an Italian-american HBO special ring to it, when the wine bar itself is authentic and much classier than I think the name implies.

Stumbled upon this place and great fine. Bruschetta was delicious and the cocktails are great. I had a half Aperol and half Campari spritz and my companion had a gin martini.
